    Client Situation:
    Our client, a large government agency responsible for service delivery across various sectors such as healthcare, education, transportation, and social services, was facing challenges in ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in their services. Despite having policies in place and utilizing technology for service delivery, there was a lack of awareness about the indirect benefits of technology for service design, planning, and delivery among the stakeholders and decision-makers.
