Synopsis of Client Situation:
ABC Company is a multinational corporation with operations in various countries around the world. The company operates in a highly competitive market and has a diverse workforce, with employees from different cultural backgrounds and functional areas. The organization is known for its innovative products and solutions, but recently, the management has noticed a decline in the overall performance and productivity of its teams.
