    Synopsis:
    Our client, a large multinational corporation in the technology industry, was looking to introduce a new product into the market. However, they were struggling with identifying their target audience, understanding their needs and pain points, and creating a user-friendly design that would appeal to their potential customers. They approached our consulting firm, seeking help with human-centered design (HCD) to ensure that their product meets the needs of their target audience and stands out in the competitive market.

    Consulting Methodology:
    Our approach to this project was based on the principles of human-centered design, which focuses on understanding and addressing the needs and desires of the end-users.
