Digital Products

All products sold through artofservice.com.au are digital products delivered electronically. As digital products, they are available for immediate access upon purchase.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

When You Can Request a Refund

  • Product not as described: If the product is significantly different from its description on our website.
  • Product not fit for purpose: If the product does not do what it is reasonably expected to do.
  • Major failure: If the product has a major problem that cannot be fixed, or would not have been purchased had the customer known about the issue.
  • Technical issues: If you are unable to access or download the product due to a fault on our end.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of purchase:

Please include your order number, the product name, and the reason for your refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • All refunds are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange a product for an alternative of equal or lesser value. For higher-value products, we will charge the difference. Contact us at support@theartofservice.com.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions unless required by law.
