    Therefore, my big hairy audacious goal for 2024 for Root Cause Identification is to develop and implement a sustainable solution to the issue of lack of access to proper footwear in underprivileged communities around the world. This solution will not only address the immediate problem of cold and wet feet, but also tackle the root causes behind it.

    Through extensive research and collaboration with experts in the field, I aim to create innovative designs for affordable and eco-friendly boots made for harsh weather conditions. These boots will be easily accessible and distributed to those in need through partnerships with local organizations and governments.

    Additionally, I will work towards empowering the communities by providing them with the necessary skills and resources to produce their own boots, creating job opportunities and promoting self-sufficiency.

    But my ultimate goal goes beyond just providing boots. I want to address the underlying issues that contribute to this problem, such as poverty, lack of education, and inadequate infrastructure.
