    Case Study: The Role of Empathy and Memory for Participants Provided with a Persona vs User Requirements

    Synopsis of Client Situation:

    The client, a multinational technology company, was in the process of developing a new educational app for children. The client wanted to ensure that the app was user-friendly and engaging, and thus, they wanted to conduct a user study to understand the needs and preferences of their target audience.
