How do I get my PDU's after completing your eLearning programs?

14th Nov 2019

It seems to be that time of year again... people are getting ready to register their professional development with their local PMI institute. For this reason it's important to make sure you keep a record of all courses you've attended during the year, both classroom programs as well as eLearning programs.

How will you get PDU's after completing your eLearning program? Easy...

The Art of Service has a policy that every student who completes their eLearning program receives a formal certificate of completion. The trigger for this certificate to be created is the fact that the student finishes the complete course AND has filled in the evaluation form / feedback form at the end of the program.

This process is exactly the same for all courses, including Cloud Computing and other professional development programs The Art of Service offers. For example, the ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation course is equivalent to 18 contact hours.

Depending on the amount of content covered during the eLearning program, every program has a different amount of contact hours listed on the certificate of completion. So check your certificate to make sure you have enough hours to cover your PDU needs.
