    Ten years from now, my big hairy audacious goal for Change Review would be to have successfully implemented a reputation management system within the property rental industry. This system would involve setting new, industry-wide rules for making changes to rental properties and ensuring that landlords and property managers are held accountable for maintaining the standards set forth.

    I became aware of the new rules about making minor changes to rental properties through my experience as a tenant and hearing from friends and family members who have had negative experiences with landlords. I also read articles and forums online where tenants shared their frustrations and difficulties in getting minor changes made to their rental units.

    However, as I delved deeper into the issue, I realized that landlords also face challenges in managing and maintaining their properties due to the lack of clear guidelines and regulations in the industry. This sparked my interest in finding a solution that would benefit both tenants and landlords, ultimately leading me to set my big hairy audacious goal for Change Review.

    By introducing a reputation management system, tenants will have a platform to share their experiences with specific landlords and rental properties.
