  • Manage work with the Mobile Applications Project Coordination to schedule training for Mobile App products.

  • Work with user researchers to identify the objectives for usability analysis while settings up feature and app analytics program.

  • Analyze user patterns and behaviors with the overall app and the recently released features.

  • Coordinate with product and delivery teams to ensure the App Support team is ready for new releases and engaged in early design of new enhancements.

  • Investigate, rationalize, and recommend optimal approaches for architecting performant web presentation layer, evaluating Data Handling across app layers.

  • Ensure you handle; lead business unit relevant lead Business Process knowledge, as related to Mobility IT and App deployment infrastructure.

  • Pilot App Store: learn how Product Managers and designers work with developers to bring a feature in a streaming app to market.

  • Initiate App Store: web dev / Web App dev / web Penetration Testing.
