Looking back at my experience in this course, I could say that I have taken full advantage of what it offered. From the slide presentations to the Kit book up to the wonderful support system of the site, all of these factors contributed to my journey into Help Desk. They all helped me achieve success in this course. When I started in the course, I was unsure of myself and my capabilities in handling it. Now, I know that I am competent to face issues, conflicts or problems that may arise in any situation.
I felt from start to finish that there's someone supporting me.
In everything that we do, we would always need support. It may not be direct help but any kind of aid is always needed. This is what the site provided me. I felt from start to finish that there's someone supporting me. It's helpful to know that you get replies to your questions, and you can interact with other users of the site who take other courses. Much like being in a real classroom!
Aside from the confidence it gave me, the course also armed me with the concepts and technical knowledge of how to become an efficient Help Desk Technician. All I need to do now is to keep track of the development in technology and be on the lookout for trends in Help Desk Systems. Then eventually, it can lead to an improved position in the company.
