What is included in the ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation exam?

While you are going through the ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation course you may start to wonder what is included in the ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation exam? A quick look at the ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation syllabus gives a good understanding of the acutal exam.

The ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation exam is a closed book exam that consists of 40 multiple choice questions. You must answer all questions within 60 minutes. Each question has 1 correct answer. For each question that you answer correctly, you receive 1 point. A minimum of 26 points is required to pass and to receive your ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation certificate.

The ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation exam can be taken online or as a paper based exam. Most students prefer the computer based online exam as it give a faster result.
