  • Be accountable for demonstrating a high level of innovation and initiative in identifying, responding to, and resolving new product and process development issues.

  • Standardize: conduct functional and physical Failure Analysis on optical products that failed in the field, during reliability qualification, and in manufacturing.

  • Be certain that your business provides independent execution of established work Processes And Systems, while still developing technology or product knowledge; engages with the improvement of Systems And Processes.

  • Identify and implement root cause solutions to yield loss mechanisms through statistical Data Analysis and Failure Analysis techniques.

  • Contribute to the PCU component design, Design Specifications, FMEA, Internal and external standards, PCU component production and inspection, test procedures and development methods.
